Shipping policy
- Order processing time:
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. Our working days are Monday to Friday and Saturday morning, closed on public holidays.
- Carrier:
- We use SF Express as our primary carrier. Your order will be shipped using their service.
- Shipping time:
- Once shipped, estimated delivery time will depend on destination. Generally, your order can be expected to arrive within 1-2 business days.
- Public holidays:
- Orders placed on public holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day. Please note that additional delays may occur during peak holiday periods.
- Free local delivery:
- For orders over HK$500, we will provide free local delivery service. For orders below HK$500, shipping fee will be charged.
- Pick up in store:
- In addition to local delivery, we offer free in-store pickup. If you'd like to pick up your order in person, simply select the "In-Store Collect" option during the checkout process. We will notify you via email or text message once your order is available for pickup.
- Overseas delivery:
- We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer overseas shipping. Our shipping service is only within Hong Kong.
- Tracking information:
- Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can easily monitor the progress of your shipment using the tracking information provided.
