Warranty Terms and Conditions
Liu's (Asia) Distribution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will provide warranty services and replace defective parts for products that are within the warranty period and are used normally. The Company reserves the right to decide at its sole discretion whether to charge a service fee for repair/replacement work or not to perform repair/replacement work under the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by changes to the structure or specifications specified in the product packaging and user manual;
- Damage caused by the use of parts/accessories not produced by the manufacturer;
- Failure to use, repair, or maintain the product in accordance with the user manual (damage caused by use of the product outside of a controlled environment, including but not limited to expired specified ratings, abnormal changes, or improper voltage, current, electromagnetic, and utility circuits) ETC . );
- Damage caused by accident (including shock, impact, drop, water or sand);
- Damage caused by adjustment, modification, disassembly, cleaning or repair by personnel not authorized by the company or the customer;
- Damage caused by the use of pirated software;
- Damage caused by virus infection during use;

- Damage caused by your negligence, misuse, intentional act, omission, malfunction of the product or during product transportation not carried out by the company;
- The product is not provided by the Company or its authorized dealers;
- Production of this product and its accessories and spare parts has been discontinued.
Unless the product is repaired free of charge during the warranty or extended service warranty period, the customer shall pay the Company the actual cost of repairs. Payment is due from the Customer when the product is returned to the Customer. All payments must be made in Hong Kong dollars cash or credit card. Check payments are not accepted.
Company has the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether repairs are available. If the Company determines, at its sole discretion, to perform repairs upon inspection of the Product
- beyond repair, or
- Failure to repair due to failure of parts not provided by the company, or
- Unavailability of the product due to abuse, misuse or improper use by the customer or unauthorized persons,
The Company reserves the right to return the product to the customer without repair.
Company will repair damaged parts as described in the service order. If Customer does not specify repairs, Customer shall still be responsible for the cost of such repairs as Company, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.
The Company is not responsible for any product failure due to any non-manufacturer hardware or software related issues or damage or malfunction of any accessories connected to the product.
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any damage, loss, liability (other than any personal injury or death), including without limitation any loss or damage to data or software caused by any act of any of the Company’s technical personnel, employees or independent Negligence or negligence of the Contractor or any event of force majeure. In any event, Company's maximum liability under a Service Order shall be limited to the total amount paid by Customer hereunder.
The Company will make every effort to protect products received but cannot guarantee against loss and damage caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riots, strikes, embargoes, acts of God, theft or government intervention.

The Company may disassemble the Product and reset its settings during inspection, repair, or replacement of parts without prior notice to the Customer. Any damaged/defective parts so replaced become the property of the Company and are not returnable.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all data stored on external storage media or internal memory has been backed up before inspection.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage or leakage arising out of the inspection, use or maintenance of the Company's external storage media or built-in memory or the loss or corruption of the data or copyright therein. The Company reserves the right to refuse a customer's request to inspect external storage media or built-in memory without giving any reason or prior notice.
